RULES:
- Please bring a change of shoes
- Swimming caps are provided at the pool or it is also possible to buy swimming caps from our department store
- Children under 14 years are admitted only if accompanied by their parents.
- Please bring soap and a towel with you, entrance to the pool is only allowed after taking a shower in swimwear
- Descent and exit from the pool is carried out only through a ladder installed in the pool; Jumping into the pool is not permitted
- We ask that swimmers always remain on the right side of the lane, as we have to share lanes
- Please do not sit or lean on the lane deviders
- Please do not run, jump or scream in the swimminghall

Well, at our Fitness Center we've upgraded from old crop bells to sleek, modern kettlebells in our newly renovated gym! From the fields of history to our state-of-the-art facility, we're here to help you achieve your fitness goals with the best equipment available.

RULES:
- Entrance for children under 15 years old without parents is prohibited
- Only sportshoes are allowed on the treadmill
- Please bring your own towel and be sure to wipe down equipment after use, we advise you bring your own water bottle along too... stay hydrated!
- Please replace all weights and handheld equipment where you found them
- Be sure to disassemble the exercise machine or barbells when you are done and replace them where they belong
